Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
Returns/exchanges are accepted only if:
- Wrong item delivered
- Wrong size delivered
- Defective/damaged product
Not Accepted: Change of mind, dislike of color/fit, or wrong size ordered by customer.
Conditions:
- Must request return/exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
- Unboxing video is mandatory as proof (without edits/cuts).
- Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags/packaging.
- Discounted items, clearance sales, accessories, and innerwear are non-returnable.
Process:
- Email 📧 team.streetculture@gmail.com or call 📞 +91-9711625001 with your Order ID, unboxing video, and product images.
- Once verified, we will arrange pickup or guide you on return shipping.
- After inspection, we will issue a replacement (if available), or Store credit/refund.
Refunds:
- Processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
Issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
