Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

Returns/exchanges are accepted only if:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Wrong size delivered
  • Defective/damaged product

Not Accepted: Change of mind, dislike of color/fit, or wrong size ordered by customer.

Conditions:

  • Must request return/exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory as proof (without edits/cuts).
  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags/packaging.
  • Discounted items, clearance sales, accessories, and innerwear are non-returnable.

Process:

  • Email 📧 team.streetculture@gmail.com or call 📞 +91-9711625001 with your Order ID, unboxing video, and product images.
  • Once verified, we will arrange pickup or guide you on return shipping.
  • After inspection, we will issue a replacement (if available), or Store credit/refund.

Refunds:

  • Processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
    Issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
