Welcome to Street Culture. By accessing or purchasing from our website [www.wearstreetculture.in], you agree to the policies below, which govern orders, shipping, returns, data collection, and privacy. Please read them carefully before placing an order.


1. General Terms

  • Street Culture (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates as an online apparel store powered by Shopify.

  • By using our website and purchasing products, you agree to comply with these policies along with our Privacy Policy.

  • We may update or amend these policies at any time without prior notice.


2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

  • Orders may be refused or canceled in case of stock unavailability, errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be made in full before shipment via UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, or Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • COD is available only for select pin codes and may carry an additional fee.


3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery within India: 3–7 working days (remote areas may take longer).

  • International delivery: 7–30 working days, subject to customs clearance.

  • Tracking links will be shared once your order is dispatched.

  • Courier will attempt delivery twice. Re-delivery charges may apply if the package is returned due to incorrect details.

  • Once marked “delivered” by courier, Street Culture is not liable for theft/loss thereafter.


4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns/exchanges are accepted only if:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Wrong size delivered

  • Defective/damaged product

Not Accepted: Change of mind, dislike of color/fit, or wrong size ordered by customer.

Conditions:

  • Must request return/exchange within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Unboxing video is mandatory as proof (without edits/cuts).

  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags/packaging.

  • Discounted items, clearance sales, accessories, and innerwear are non-returnable.

Process:

  1. Email 📧 team.streetculture@gmail.com or call 📞 +91-9711-62-5001 with your Order ID, unboxing video, and product images.

  2. Once verified, we will arrange pickup or guide you on return shipping.

  3. After inspection, we will issue:

    • A replacement (if available), or

    • Store credit/refund.

Refunds:

  • Processed within 7–10 working days after approval.

  • Issued to the original payment method or as store credit.


5. Product Information

  • We strive for accurate product descriptions, but slight variations in color, fit, or design may occur due to photography, screen settings, or manufacturing.

  • We do not guarantee exact color matches with device displays.


6. Privacy Policy

Street Culture is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information.
